Finally got it to work. Make sure that gold blade at the top is bent out as shown. Mine arrived bent inward. It is just a massage, no EMS. All plastic but does a good job. Very strong vibration 👍Very nice foil gold box. No instruction guide. Just operation diagram on back of box.
